Wes Mussio
Wes Mussio graduated from the University of British Columbia law school in 1990 and was called to the British Columbia bar in 1991. Since that time, he has worked almost exclusively in the area of ICBC injury claims.

In his initial 12 years working as a lawyer, Mr. Mussio worked at two of the biggest ICBC defence firms doing principally ICBC defence work but some work against ICBC. As a result, Mr. Mussio gained extensive trial experience having been lead counsel in over 100 Supreme Court and Court of Appeal trials. Many of the trials he has been involved in have been jury trials.

Over the last four years, Mr. Mussio has been working at Murphy Battista. His focus is on pursuing claims against ICBC as opposed to defending for ICBC.

Due to the years of ICBC defence experience performed in the early years of his practice, Mr. Mussio has gained an invaluable knowledge base of how ICBC works. He brings this invaluable experience forward to help individuals pursue their ICBC claim. Few lawyers can claim this background and expertise.
