However, like any insurance policy or coverage, the benefits are often limited and there is an abundance of “small print” which restricts or even precludes coverage. In many instances, ICBC sets a policy which further restricts what will be paid under Part 7. (Later on in this guide, I will describe in more detail the specific coverage available in the event of an injury or death.) |
